Katherine Amara PR launched Bones & Blades in the summer of 2016. Located in Sai Ying Pun, Bones & Blades is a butcher and delicatessen for conscious carnivores who want to bring home quality meat.
BONES & BLADES MAKES THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE FARM, THE MEAT AND WHAT WE EAT. Our challenge was to enlighted the media about whole-animal butchery and build a loyal audience during a time where vegetarianism and veganism were dominating headlines. Our process was to educate the public about ethical farming and responsible animal-rearing. Bones & Blades enjoyed great success from the get go and continues to garner new customers through it's thoughtful approach to consumption.
