Rosewood Hong Kong

Amara Communications was appointed by Rosewood Hong Kong in 2020, to handle three specialist projects.

The luxury property wanted to adjust their messaging around three existing venues - Asaya Kitchen, Holt's Café and The Legacy House, in order to connect with the local market.

Both media and customers had a cloudy understanding of what each destination represented. Amara Communications set out to define and streamline communications around each outlet, working directly with Rosewood Hotels’ CEO Sonia Cheng to create clear mission statements.

Amara Communications followed up the branding exercise with PR campaigns focused on signature dishes and techniques, also working with local street-side culinary institutions to coordinate collaborations and pop-ups. A large-scale mooncakes campaign reinforced the exceptional quality of The Legacy House's fare.

In 2021, a fourth project was undertaken by Amara Communications. The agency was tasked with launching Rosewood Hong Kong's new Romance at Rosewood wedding campaign, including interactive break out sessions, traditional PR and KOL engagement. The campaign defined Rosewood Hong Kong as the ultimate destination for couples seeking unparalleled attention to detail.
